What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
  • Provide one-on-one therapy for a wide range of pediatric speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to promote progress and carryover
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation (within 24 hours of service)
  • Help grow the clinic’s reach by participating in outreach, events, and community engagement
  • Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Stay current with licensure and participate in team trainings and professional development

What We Are Looking For:

  • Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
  • Passionate about pediatric speech and language development
  • Skilled in communication, documentation, and family engagement
