We’re roaring with pride—our founder & CEO, Kayla Brown, has been elected to the Apex Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for a three-year term! This is a tremendous honor and such a beautiful reflection of how deeply My Roar Therapy’s mission is rooted in community.
At the 67th Apex Chamber Annual Meeting, Kayla was officially recognized alongside six fellow board members who will help guide the Chamber’s work in supporting the people, professionals, and small businesses that make Apex so special.
“It’s a full-circle moment– My Roar was built on the same foundation that Apex itself stands on—connection, purpose, and compassion in action. To serve on this board feels like coming home,” Kayla shared.
Why This Matters
The Apex Chamber Board of Directors is a volunteer body elected by members to:
- Establish Chamber policies
- Represent the Chamber at town & civic functions
- Support standing committees
- Promote the economic vitality and well-being of the Apex community
Kayla is honored to serve under the leadership of Executive Director David Bohm and to collaborate with other passionate community leaders who are committed to seeing Apex thrive.
