Meet the Founder: Kelly Fisher
Spectrum Soccer was created by Kelly Fisher, a local mom, advocate, and passionate change-maker who saw the need for a soccer program where neurodiverse kids could feel truly included. Inspired by her own autistic son and the joy her family finds in soccer, Kelly launched this program to foster community, confidence, and celebration on and off the field.
Roar-Worthy Fun Fact!
Did you know our founder Kayla Brown grew up playing soccer too? From age 3 through 21, Kayla played competitive soccer—eventually going Division I at Western Carolina University. Her love for the sport still runs deep, and you might just catch her or a member of the My Roar Therapy team volunteering at a Sunday session, cheering your kiddos on!

Why It Roars With Us
At My Roar Therapy, we know communication happens in many forms—through movement, play, eye contact, gestures, or a joyful stomp after a goal. Soccer offers a chance for connection in motion, especially when it’s designed to include every kind of communicator.
Programs like Spectrum Soccer remind us that representation matters, joy is therapeutic, and every child deserves a place to shine.
